Casual Garb’s use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. To open a business account with Casual Garb, a customer must supply a valid State Sales Tax License and complete a State Resale Certificate Form. Customers must conduct business within the Promotional Products Industry or be a reseller of decorated apparel (including but not limited to apparel decorators, promotional product distributors, and retailers). Members of Industry Organizations such as Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) or the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) should supply their membership numbers when applying for an account.

Casual Garb Intellectual Property

The site, names, feel, looks, icons, logos, graphics, insignia, marks, features, functions, text, button icons, phrases, audio, video clips, data compilations, software, designs or similar items contained on the site thereof constitute the trade names, trademarks or service marks, copyrights or other intellectual property, propriety or publicity rights of Casual Garb and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates.

The site and Casual Garb IP is protected by trademark, copyright or other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Casual Garb owns all rights, title and interests in and to the Site and the content therein, including all associated intellectual property and proprietary rights, and to all Casual Garb IP. Ordering Terms & Conditions
Orders for Casual Garb goods (the “Goods”) are subject to the following terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions of sale shall govern the sale of Goods from Casual Garb to you and/or the company you are authorized to represent (“you”). Casual Garb’s performance is expressly made conditional upon your agreement to these terms and conditions of sale.
